TERMS & CONDITIONS  All reservations and travel arrangements made through us - or through any affiliates such as travel agencies, tour operator and other booking agencies - are subject to the acceptance of the following Reservation and Payment Policies. The 'Terms & Conditions for Web Site User' regulate the use of our internet pages. PRIVACY STATEMENT We take the protection of our customers' personal information very seriously and do not provide third parties with any details of your reservation. For additional information please use the following link and refer to our Privacy Statement. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION You can reserve your motorhome by phone, fax or our secured online reservation form. Every reservation is subject to a written reconfirmation and the acceptance of our reservation, payment and cancellation policies. Clients are responsible to familiarize them self with the following terms before submitting a reservation through any form of communication. The terms and policies are considerably accepted through a client after submitting the required deposit payment. Any policy or term adjustment is subject to a reconfirmation in written. Response time may vary between 24-72 hours. RESERVATION INFORMATION Please submitt the following information to us: - Full Name, Home Address, Phone Number, Email of the primary Renter - Rental Dates - Departure/Return Dates or Total Rental Days - RV Departure and Return Location - RV Type and Size - Total # of Passengers - Arrival / Departure Details (Flight Info or Hotel Address) - Desired Free Km Amount, # of Convenience Kits, Insurance Type Due to increased security on various levels we may request additional information as deemed necessary and/or required in order to handle and complete the entire reservation. ADDITONAL RESERVATIONS As additional service we offer our clients to reserve transfer hotels, ferry passages and sightseeing tours. We also will confirm this reservations generally within 24 to 48 hours. TAXES & SERVICE CHARGES USA including Alaska: All rates and services are quoted in ($) U.S Dollar. Canada: All rates and services are quoted in ($) CAD Dollar. - Unless otherwise specified and / or confirmed in written. All applicable taxes and mandatory service charges are already included in our hotel and ferry rates, unless otherwise specified. Applicable tax rates are subject to change without further notice. We reserve the right to adjust our rates if the current Sales Tax, GST and / or PST Tax rates are changing. All rates are including the current Canadian GST (Goods & Service Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax). GST Tax rebates for overseas clients are incorporated - if applicable. A client may request a specified exchange rate for any tradable currency at the time of the reservation but he still remains responsible for any currency exchange rate increase above 5 % until the actual travel date. Currency exchange rate decreases are not affected through this arrangement. If our advertised hotel is sold out, we reserve the right to substitute hotels of a similar category - or upgrade clients at our discretion. Specific room assignments are the sole discretion of the hotel management. We are unable to guarantee a specific room type and/or location. We will inform the client of any changes no later than 10 days prior to the arrival date. TAXES Published individual accommodation rates are including of all applicable taxes levied at the time of publication unless otherwise specified. Tax rebates for overseas visitors are incorporated. All pre-paid RV reservation including local and federal taxes. Applicable tax rates are subject to change without further notice. We reserve the right to adjust our rates if the current tax rates are changing. PAYMENT POLICY To guarantee your travel arrangements we require a deposit of 25 % of the total invoice amount within 7 days after receipt of our written confirmation. Thus, a limited number of suppliers may require a higher deposit and certain advertised pre-season specials must be paid in full within 7 days. Please check our invoice for details. Accepted payment forms are personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers and wire payments. Credit cards are accepted with a supplementary processing fee of 5 %. The credit card service fee will be added to your invoice at the time of reservation. All reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to the travel date are subject to immediate full payment of our invoice. Any service fees, bank charges or processing/transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Occurring charges will be charged back to the sender. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation not paid on or before the due date(s). Cancellation fees are applying. LATE PAYMENTS Under no circumstances are client’s accepted/accommodated unless the full payment has been received on/or before the due date(s). We reserve the right to cancel any part - or the entire tour arrangements - if the deposit and/or balances are not paid at the due date indicated on our invoice. Unauthorized deductions from invoices or late payments may also result in an automatic cancellation. Cancellation fees are still applying according to our cancellation policy below. All cancellation fees are due immediately after receipt of the appropriate invoice and may be deducted from the deposit/balance already received. REFUND Unused tour services or any portion thereof are non refundable. Cancellations or tour changes after the departure date are subject to applicable cancellation fees. A supplier may cancel a reservation for reasons beyond or control. All refund requests are only honored in written and within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation. Each request must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation. The refund processing time is approximately four (4) weeks. COMPLAINTS We strongly advise every client to inform our company immediately – at the latest within 48 hours - after an incident, complication or problem occurred. Complaints after departure or delayed complaints - for whatever reason - are not honored through us. Please contact the appropriate supplier directly on his toll free service line to resolve the problem. SERVICE RATES Our RV Rental Rates - do not include gasoline, optional insurance, road tolls, city transfers, additional driver fees, northern preparation surcharges, national park entrance fees, one-way rental fees, winterized driving equipment and child seats – unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute units of a similar category or upgrade clients at our discretion and expenses - if the reserved unit is not available for any reason. Hotel Accommodation - including local and federal taxes. Specific room assignments are the sole discretion of the hotel management. Ferry Reservation – include transportation as specified for the number of people indicated on the invoice. RV space is limited to the pre-reserved overall length/height specification. If a client receives locally an RV upgrade it will be his responsibility to inform the ferry company about this immediately to ensure sufficient space at the time of departure. Additional transportation expenses may be paid prior to departure. Other Arrangements - please refer to our invoice or online documentation. WEB CONTENTS All published exterior and interior layouts, rates, unit descriptions, images, measurements and capacity information as well as any terms are subject to change without further notice and may be used through our clients as a guideline only. We cannot assume responsibility for any published information. PUBLISHED INFORMATION All rates and terms are subject to change without further notice. All exterior/interior layouts, floorplans, images and other information of RV sizes, the total capacity published on our internet sites are to be used as a guideline only. Sleeping capacities do not mean like number of adults or full sized teenagers can be accommodated comfortably. Accordingly we cannot assume any responsibility for the information. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS A valid driver license and a major credit card are mandatory for all vehicle rentals and/or the designated driver. Please Note: Due to insurance coverage requirements and applicable laws the minimum age for drivers is 25 years and the maximum age is 65 years. Some supplier accepting drivers 21 years + if additional insurance is pre-purchased. For additional information please refer to the appropriate section on our web pages. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS Obtaining passports, visas, travel documents, complying with customs and other regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the client. Passengers who hereby undertakes not to hold us and our affiliates liable under any circumstances whatsoever, for visas not applied for, refused and/or delayed documents and/or entries to/from the countries visited, for the sole responsibility to grant the travel documents rests and vests with the authorities concerned. TOUR DOCUMENTATION Appropriate tour documents will be either mailed to the address on our file or transmitted via email attachment about 21 days prior to departure. If you do not receive the documents in time please contact us immediately. RESPONSIBILITIES Our company, its employees or agents and its other affiliated/non-affiliated reservation offices acting only as agents - and therefore none of them shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, loss claims, accident or delay which may be generated by reason of any company or person who engaged in conveying the travelers, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel owner, manager or employee. Our company accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in train -, bus -, ship -, airplane - or other services, sickness, weather, war, quarantine, government action or other causes. FLIGHT RESERVATIONS All flight reservations are based on a limited availability and on restricted airfares. These fares may require full payment within 48 hours after confirmation or at the time of reservation. All fares are non-refundable and may not be modified after a reservation is confirmed even if a particular carrier provides different information. Thus, we cannot assume responsibilities for any fare increase up to the departure date. Important Notice: Flight reservations in conjunction with RV reservations and/or other travel arrangements are non-refundable - even if the reservation has been cancelled through our company or a particular supplier for whatever reason. Please do not make any flight arrangements through us if you cannot accept these terms and restrictions. INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES It is usually unlikely that we will make any changes to your reservation after a confirmation. However, because we do not own or have any control over the suppliers who will provide you with the rental units - we reserve the right to make reasonable minor or major changes and correct errors at any time after confirmation on: (1) website information (2) to rental agreement details (3) the departure day (4) to up/downgrades of the rental units (5) to cancel confirmed bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you about such changes and/or cancellations immediately and as they occur. Minor changes are considered up/downgrades, changes within the reservation policies and short notice departure delays beyond our control. Clients have the following options if minor changes are occurring: (1) accept these changes (2) accept any downgrade with the appropriate price difference refund (3) accept an upgrade without paying any additional charges (4) accept departure delays with a refund of the unused rental days. Major changes are considered involuntarily cancellations through our supplier and/or our company. If this occurs we will refund all monies paid to us according to the “Refund Policy” section of these terms. Thus, further compensations are not applicable. UPGRADES DOWNGRADES We will make every effort to provide the customer with the model requested. All RV rental companies are reserving the right to substitute models of similar or higher grade (in some instances to a smaller unit) at their discretion - if the originally booked unit is sold out or if the unit is not immediately available. In this case there will be no additional charge for a larger vehicle, and the change shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the client to a refund. Should a model of lower grade be offered and accepted, liability will be limited to refund of price differential between model paid for and model taken. If the client receives a larger vehicle than booked and that vehicle results in higher ancillary costs (such as ferry charges and tolls or operating costs), these costs are the sole responsibility of the renter.
